Couldn't cover all the money for a pawprint cremation for my baby so the nurse said not to worry about it and it will be fine. I call the next day wondering when I can pick up my boy AND THEY STILL HAVE HIM UP THERE and say until I pay the rest then they will pick him up. Don't just lie to your clients in the moment to make them feel better. Shit is already hard enough SMH.

The care they provided to my Otis and me and my son were top notch. Having to put your fur baby to rest is such a difficult time. Dr Tatum and her nurse were amazing.

We have taken our dogs there a few times for smaller things but last week one of our dogs got very sick quickly. They took us as a walk in and both Anthony our tech and the doctor were amazing. The medicine they gave us stopped his diarrhea in a day and with a bland diet he seems to be on the mend. They even checked back in after the weekend to make sure he was doing OK.

Super friendly customer service! I found a lost dog on the road and brought it there to check if he was chipped! Even though I have never been with them before they welcomed me in and were happy to help! Thats a love for animals every vet should have!!! Luckily we could reunite the dog with its owner which would not have been possible without easyvets help!

Our normal vet was closed today. I was uncertain with trying a new vet office but it was worth it. Facility was very clean, all the workers was attentive to my old boy, they was quick to resolve the issue at hand, and they was very thorough about explaining everything from his health to his medicines. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

Tried to call for an estimate on vaccines for my cats. The lady who immediately placed me on hold sounded like she would rather be anywhere but there. I still held for 5 minutes noone ever returned to the line. If this is an example of their customer care I'll pass

I took my pets to EasyVet for refills on preventions I give year round and as instructed. The staff and veterinarian were amazing and are all very knowledgeable and practice with accuracy and precision. The techs and veterinarian are great at explaining information and truly care for your patient. This isn’t a place where the doctor is in the room for a couple minutes; the doctor genuinely gets to know you and your pet. They are devoted, competent, and truly excellent with their clients and patients. With 35 years of experience, Dr Brown shows great client communication (how many vets call to check on pets themselves!?), dedication to her job and business, and true empathy to every pet and person who comes in.

Dr Brown is the best as well as all her vet techs . Been bringing my dogs for almost 5 years now . Helped when we said good bye to our 2 older dogs and calms our 2-3 year old Havanese
